Our first look at this five-disc DVD collection was quite favorable, with the source material ranging in quality from very-good to excellent.

The films are accompanied by music scores by Neil Brand, Robert Israel, Timothy Brock, The Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra, and by Antonio Coppola, performed by the Octuor de France.

The edition is accompanied by a 28-page booklet with an essay by Lenny Borger, with notes on the films of the collection.
