This DVD collection, originally prepared for laserdisc release in 1996 by producer David Shepard, has been mastered from source prints that run from very-good to excellent.

The films are accompanied by a number of different music scores, including performances on piano and violin as arranged, composed and conducted by Robert Israel, and a theatre pipe organ score performed by Gaylord Carter.

Supplementary material includes optional audio commentary by Griffith scholar Russell Merritt.
